all items are handmade. slight variations in color, texture, shape, size, and finish may occur and are considered part of the character of each piece.

materials and allergies

products contain polymer clay, sterling silver, mica pigments, copper, zinc alloy components, and varathane (water-based polyurethane) as a protective coating. while reasonable care is taken in material selection and finishing, we cannot guarantee that products will be suitable for all individuals or completely free from potential allergens or skin sensitivities.

customers are responsible for reviewing material information and determining whether products are appropriate for their personal sensitivities or allergies.

product care and intended use

our jewelry is intended for normal wearable use only. improper handling, bending, pulling, moisture exposure, chemical exposure, or misuse may damage products.

customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided on the website and product packaging.

limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, thimbelly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, injury, damage resulting from improper use, or breakage occurring after delivery.

choking hazard

some products contain small components, including removable earring backs, which may present a choking hazard. products are not intended for children.

governing law

these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of new york, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
