Refund policy

due to the handmade nature of my work and for hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale.

if your order arrives damaged or defective, please email daryth@thimbelly.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

because each piece is individually handmade, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and finish are considered part of the character of the work rather than defects.

thimbelly is unable to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges for:

• normal wear and tear
• accidental damage
• improper handling or storage
• lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
