Shipping policy

all pieces are handmade and carefully packed in NYC.

orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

please note that shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond my control.

customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. thimbelly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, thimbelly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. if an issue arises during transit, please contact the carrier directly. and of course, you can always reach out to me with questions at daryth@thimbelly.com :)
